Do I need to connect my Instagram or TikTok account?
No. You enter your statistics yourself and update them whenever you like. Your media kit clearly labels them as self-reported, so brands know exactly what they're looking at. Verified integrations with official platform APIs are on our roadmap.
How is my engagement rate calculated?
Engagement rate = (average likes + average comments) ÷ followers × 100. If a number is missing we don't guess — the metric is simply left out. Your overall rate is weighted by followers across platforms.
Can I hide my prices or demographics?
Yes. Every section of your media kit can be shown or hidden. Hidden sections are never sent to visitors — not just visually hidden.
Can I send my media kit as a PDF?
On Pro and Business you can export a print-ready PDF that keeps your template's look. Everyone gets a shareable link at kitly.app/@yourname.
What happens if I downgrade?
Your data stays. Premium templates fall back to Minimal, Kitly branding returns, and you can't add new items beyond the Free limits — nothing is deleted.
Is Kitly for beginners or established creators?
Both. If you have 2,000 followers, Kitly helps you look like a professional from day one. If you have 2 million, it saves you from rebuilding a PDF every month.
